This is really cool, an Orange County, California Goodwill set up a website where you can shop for items submitted from stores around the country. The site is set up in an auction format, kind of like Ebay, and you can search for items by genre and bid increases are all $1.
The type of stuff is definitely a set-up from digging through a thrift shop, which changes the name of the game, but if you’re in the mood to click through pages of random stuff, definitely check this out. They have things like 20 pound bags of random jewelry to old Disney books and clothing of all kind.
Once you get clicking through it’s actually a lot of fun. Here are my top picks for today:
Polyester jumpsuit size 9/10. It’s missing the belt, and it’s oversized but I have an incredibly long torso so I think the extra room would make it okay. It’s currently at $5.99 with no bids yet. I’d love to switch out the buttons and wear it with a huge necklace.
Vintage 10K yellow and white gold dark pink sapphire ring. Apparently all the metal/stones were tested and therefore are legitimate, but my personality forces me to realize I may be buying a fake. Still, this is a gorgeous ring and is selling for $157 with 21 bids.
See what I mean? Lots of fun stuff! Check it out and let me know what awesome things you like.
